Lavender has ability to cleanse and soothe the spirits by relieving anger and exhaustion, resulting in a calmer approach in life. Its balancing action on central nervous system is beneficial in cases of anxiety and manic depression. Lavender soothes and heals the skin. For that specific reason NATURALES grows lavender for hydrolates in its Ibiza garden. Using lavender is also beneficial for immune system since it deals with problems as bronchitis, asthma, catarrh and colds. Lavender is a beautiful calming essential oil that purifies the air and is very universal in use.
USES
SKIN / BODY
For calming body oil dilute 1 ml. of Lavender into 10 ml. of neutral organic base oil.
SHOWER / STEAM
4 - 6 drops on a base of your shower cabin, pour hot water.
BATH
Dilute 1 ml. of Lavender essential oil into 10 ml. neutral organic base oil.
Pour into a running water for better distribution of scent in bath water.
INHALATIONS
Add 1-2 drops of Lavender essential oil into a bowl of at least 2 liters burning water. Blend 2 spoons of sea salt. Cover your head with linen cloth and breathe.
DIFFUSER
Adding 4 - 6 drops of Lavender essential oil to diffuser, fragrant ambience will last for 2-3 hours in a room of 30 square meters.
