Refreshingly sweet and haunting, smell of Siberian Fir has been used by native Indians as an incence, but also for medicinal and spiritual purposes.
Siberian Fir has a warming and grounding effect for the mind. Its warming action may be a palliative for muscular aches and pains due to rheaumatic and arthritic conditions.
Popular ingredient of sport related remedies, it has a relieving affect on tiredness. Its most helpful action seems to be respiratory system, it appears to alleviate chest conditions especially obstructions of the bronchi, such as fluid, pus and mucus. Used in toileteries, Siberian Fir is a beautiful woody note that has extraordinary depth and richness.
USES
SKIN / BODY
For stimulating body oil body oil dilute 1 ml. of Siberian Fir essential oil into 10 ml. of neutral organic base oil.
SHOWER / STEAM
Drip 6 - 8 drops on a base of shower zone, pour hot water.
BATH
Dilute 2 ml. of Siberian Fir essential oil into 10 ml. neutral organic base oil. Pour it into running water for better distribution in bath water.
DIFFUSER
Adding 6-8 drops of Siberian Fir essential oil to diffuser, ambience will last for 2-3 hours in a room of 30 square meters.
INHALATIONS
In cases of cold and congested nasal pathways, please add 1-2 drops of Siberian Fir into 2 liters of boiling water with 2 spoons of sea salt. Cover your head with linen blanket. Breathe deeply through your nose by closing an opening nasal passages.
